Trilobite - New Music

Today I'm excited to share a new Future of Forestry song called Trilobite.

Trilobite begins like a sleeping forest at dusk, every breath soft and close, then slowly lifts your gaze toward something ancient and endless. Beneath all that starlight is a quiet ache: someone reaching past their limits, wishing they could make every last piece of the universe line up for the ones they love.

It's a song about trust, longing, our limitations, and the hope that something greater is holding all of it together.

I hope you'll take a few moments to listen.

One meaningful part of today's release is that author Brett McCracken included Trilobite as part of the launch of his new book, The Wisdom of Sleep. The song and the book speak beautifully to one another through shared themes of rest, trust, and God's care for creation.
